Executive Vice President
Andrew DeCastro is the Executive Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Development for HomeServe North America, where he leads two small teams: one focused on organic partnerships with large, investor-owned utility accounts as well as smaller electric utility and cooperative accounts, and the other is focused on acquisitions within the utility space, specifically focused on legacy policy books. Being at HomeServe for 12 years, Andrew has been in a variety of Business Development and M&A roles. Prior to HomeServe, Andrew worked in investment banking at UBS in Leveraged Finance, and prior to UBS, Andrew worked at General Electric in a variety of finance roles.
Andrew is happily married with two children. He enjoys skiing, coaching ice hockey, and spending as much time at the beach as he can with his family in the summer. He even enjoys playing golf, albeit not that well. He recently received his MBA from Babson College, receiving summa cum laude distinction, and received his undergraduate degree from Hamilton College. He is also on the Board of Clarke Schools for Hearing and Speech, a non-profit organization outside of Boston dedicated to assisting hearing-impaired children with a goal of integrating them into mainstream schools.
