Ductless Heat Pump

Protecting your customer’s ductless heat pump from unexpected repairs and replacement costs. Our Ductless Heat Pump plan covers emergency breakdown repairs of home ductless heat pump systems including repair or replacement of broken or failed:

  • Blower motors & wheels
  • Circuit boards
  • Condensate pumps

It is especially important to regularly maintain ductless heat pumps to ensure efficient operation. This plan also includes clearing of accessible condensate lines and offers an annual tune-up which includes:

  • Inspection of thermostat operation, system temperature split; voltage and amperage to all motors
  • Inspection of disconnect; fuses; wiring; contactors; relays and pressure controls; electrical safety circuits; indoor blower and motor for dirt buildup; bearings and lubricate all moving parts (if needed)
  • Condensate drain; outdoor coil and duct seal at unit; secure panels
  • Cleaning of exterior coil(s); filter or filter replacement (customer supplied)
  • Run and test system
